The plant is very strong, able to address the many adversities of the seasons and gives to man, through generous fruit, a food of primary importance to his health: the extra-virgin olive oil.
The passion for our land and for this product, Prince of the Mediterranean cuisine, healthy and varied, inspired us – struggling with many difficulties, which have only made us more determined – to build ambitious plans year after year and to create a modern, safe and innovative company that is nevertheless linked to tradition.
The methods of cultivation, crushing and storage of the product are rigorous and attentive to safeguarding the health of the plants in the first place. All this to offer consumers a guarantee of an extra virgin olive oil of high quality.
Over time, we have seen our dreams materialize and happen. We have recovered abandoned olive groves and we have given them a new life; we have built a modern oil mill and a house was opened to best accommodate guests of all nationalities who wish to “breathe” the country life.
Our pride is also the teaching farm for families, children and fun loving adults which in a simple yet serious way allows us to explain with the help of games and tastings our work and generosity of our land and the olive tree in particular.
